What You Will Do
- Engage with patients and customers, delivering friendly and attentive service throughout their visit.
- Educate visitors on product options, consumption methods, and safety guidelines.
- Use up-to-date product knowledge to recommend personalized regimens that suit each person's needs.
- Promote a positive, communicative environment focused on satisfaction and care.
- Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
- Support store management by helping with retail operations, regulatory compliance, and resolving issues or complaints.
- Follow all local and state cannabis regulations closely.
- Maintain stock on the sales floor and ensure the store meets compliance and presentation standards.
- Manage hard copy files as needed.
- Adhere to security and safety procedures at all times.
Workstations and Duties
During scheduled shifts, responsibilities may rotate among several areas, including:
- Front of House: Check In, Sales Floor, POS (Kiosk, In-Store, Pre-Order), Curbside, Roll Thru
- Back of House: Fulfillment, Receiving, Replenishment, Inventory Counts
- Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the dispensary
- Other duties as assigned by management
