Who will you care for tonight? You might be our new colleague in the Night Services. As a Personal Caregiver in Night Services, you will address the diverse care needs of our clients. The night services provide a dynamic work environment where you will encounter all aspects of disability care. One of the benefits of working nights is that you earn a good salary for fewer hours. A typical night service contract is often 20 hours per week, allowing you to work several consecutive nights, for example, 4 to 5 days, followed by 9 to 10 days off. Interested? What do we offer?
Salary in this position according to the CAO Gehandicaptenzorg in FWG 40 (€2,727 to €3,678 based on 36 hours), depending on your educational background. Additionally, you receive an average of 45% irregularity allowance (ORT) on top of your hourly wage for working nights;
In night shifts, work is done in shifts of 8 to 9 hours, allowing you to quickly accumulate your hours!
We offer a one-year contract with a one-month probation period. With good performance and mutual satisfaction, there is an intention to convert this contract to a permanent position (18 - 24 hours per week);
