In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
Handling all inbound personal lines service calls with professionalism and expertise.
Assessing service requests to determine impact and needs, including potential effects on other policies.
Identifying coverage gaps during service interactions and advising customers on risk mitigation strategies.
Maintaining accurate customer records, documenting all interactions, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Leveraging technology effectively to execute tasks and fulfill customer requests.
Utilizing extensive knowledge of personal lines products and carrier guidelines to provide optimal service.
Assisting with correspondence and other service-related tasks as directed.
Supporting team initiatives and collaborating with management to enhance service delivery.
