Position Overview
SOSi is on the lookout for a dedicated Personal Property Specialist to enhance the efficacy of our around-the-clock operational program. This pivotal role involves meticulous inventory management, seamless material flow, and effective communication across various operational departments. The Personal Property Specialist will ensure the integrity of personal property inventories and operational precision through proactive tracking, detailed reporting, and collaborative efforts. Responsibilities encompass all facets related to the security, safekeeping, and proper inventory of personal property.
Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard, store, and accurately log property in the property accounting system.
- Efficiently retrieve and issue property as needed.
- Aid in the management, investigation, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
- Engage in periodic inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Facilitate inventory-related communications with all relevant parties and cross-functional teams.
