Join our Global Corporate HR team as a Personal Support Assistant on a part-time basis. In this role, you will report directly to the HR Service Improvement Team leader and provide essential administrative support.
This role requires a commitment of 15 hours per week, spread over three days, ensuring that you can deliver the necessary support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and organizing incoming and outgoing email communications while responding to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating and prioritizing diary management to maximize time efficiency and manage appointments.
- Reviewing, correcting, and enhancing written documents, presentations, and other informational materials.
- Assisting in the organization of meeting agendas, taking notes, and documenting action items.
- Editing written documents for grammatical and spelling accuracy while summarizing key points.
- Coordinating project tasks and planning activities.
