- Conduct pest control operations and provide recommendations to clients regarding pest management solutions.
- Report any customer service issues to management promptly.
- Maintain all company-issued equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Plan and follow a route to ensure timely service delivery at all client locations.
- Adhere to operational procedures that meet warehouse standards, including inventory management and retrieval processes.
- Ensure all necessary documentation (such as service reports, service lists, etc.) is completed accurately, explained to customers, signed, and submitted to supervisors upon service completion.
- Provide feedback to management to enhance service effectiveness, quality, and to minimize customer complaints while mitigating risks and damages to the company.
- Comply with environmental, health, and safety policies, reporting any incidents immediately.
- Accurately maintain records and submit required reports and documents on time.
- Foster and promote a company culture that reflects professionalism.
