Your Responsibilities
- Client Support & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for pet parents, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in through to check-out.
- Schedule Management: Maintain and optimize the clinic's daily schedule to ensure a smooth flow of appointments.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Problem-Solving: Maintain composure under pressure, addressing in-clinic challenges with professionalism.
- Communication & Guidance: Provide reassurance to pet parents, ensuring they feel confident that their furry companions are in great hands.
- This is an onsite position that requires coverage across multiple clinic locations.
- Weekend shifts are part of the regular schedule.
