About the job
As a key member of our pharmaceutical laboratory team, you will oversee the management of incoming samples under the guidance of laboratory supervisors. Your role will involve meticulous tracking of samples while maintaining close communication with both the laboratory and our clients.
- Receive and process samples in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control is a plus
- Prepare laboratory work orders
- Conduct reconciliation between client requests and received samples
- Engage in client interactions
- Coordinate sample flow and oversee sample disposal
