As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for managing accounts within your assigned physician territories. Your role will involve cultivating and maintaining profitable business relationships by leveraging service excellence, product expertise, integrity, and trust. Each representative will develop and implement strategic account business plans aimed at consistently achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the sales and promotion of pharmaceutical and healthcare products within your designated territory.
- Enhance product awareness and drive patient pull-through initiatives with healthcare providers.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics to support future product launches.
- Devise and execute marketing strategies, sales programs, and tactical initiatives relevant to your scope.
- Plan and optimize sales calls for maximum efficiency and effectiveness in achieving performance objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory updates, competitor activities, and customer needs, and communicate insights to management promptly.
- Complete all required pharmaceutical sales training and maintain continuing medical education (CME) to stay current with innovative products.
- Analyze product performance metrics within accounts and take appropriate actions to enhance value and market share.
- Collaborate closely with fellow sales team members to ensure effective communication and support for successful pull-through strategies.
- Comply strictly with all relevant regulatory and company policies regarding pharmaceutical sales.
