Qualifications
Minimum Requirements/Licensures:Must be a Trainee or Certified Pharmacy Technician or achieve certification within one year of obtaining a trainee license.Note: Ensure to provide the expiration date of the temporary license; if it expires in 2017, commitment to renewal the month prior is required.Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as necessary; the facility operates between 6 AM and 12 AM.Familiarity with a Workforce Management System is essential for tracking clocking in/out and all activities.

Join our dynamic team as a Pharmacy Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in resolving Third Party Rejects, System Exceptions, and Manual Exceptions in an efficient manner. Utilizing a first-in, first-out approach, you will communicate effectively with patients, prescribers, and third-party plans to address any exceptions that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely resolution of exceptions and issues.
- Release exceptions using the PROMISE system.
- Access client systems for online eligibility verification.
- Identify and escalate issues to the Group Supervisor and/or Call Center Pharmacists.
- Engage in telephone communications with Plans, Processors, Patients, and other stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities may include assisting with Order Entry, Registration, and Outbound Call Center tasks as needed.
