Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
· Effectively organizes and delivers lessons while adhering to the educational standards set by the organization.
· Identifies and achieves educational objectives for each module based on a semester curriculum, utilizing standard educational materials (presentations, notes).
· Recognizes the educational needs of learners and adapts lessons according to their skill levels and the specialty taught.
· Creates an engaging and interactive learning environment using modern tools and technological applications (such as multimedia files, YouTube, 3D visualizations) and experiential learning methods (role-playing, simulations, case studies, etc.).
· Utilizes the school's digital educational systems.
· Willing to participate in the school's educational or developmental activities.

· In-depth knowledge of the subject matter and the professional field of the specialty taught.
· Genuine enthusiasm for supporting and effectively managing learners while embracing their youthfulness and diversity.
· Ability to inspire and motivate learners and act as a role model.
