Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of the physical laboratory, including organizing and resolving management and technical issues related to testing activities.
- Conduct technical training and assessments for laboratory personnel, allocate testing tasks, and guide staff to achieve timely and accurate analysis and data review.
- Advise on and implement lean management strategies within the laboratory, continuously improving operational processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Confirm and analyze new development and R&D projects, ensuring the laboratory effectively completes method development, verification, and implementation.
- Develop plans for inter-laboratory comparisons, capability verifications, and proficiency testing, overseeing the updating, confirmation, and verification of analytical methods.
- Organize project reviews and assessments for significant instrument purchases, approve technology-related operational guidelines, and ensure the quality of test reports produced by the company.
- Regulate the use and management of laboratory personnel, equipment, and materials to prevent unnecessary waste and losses.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet the company’s annual operational targets.
