Perform thorough evaluations to determine patients' physical status, assessing aspects such as range of motion, strength, posture, ambulation, balance, and daily living independence.
Craft and execute tailored treatment plans grounded in evaluation findings.
Keep meticulous records and compile reports as per facility protocols.
Engage professionally with patients, families, and colleagues.
Oversee the work of Physical Therapy Assistants, Exercise Physiologists, Technicians, Certified Athletic Trainers, and students involved in patient care.
Ensure that supervised staff adhere to treatment plans as established in the evaluations.
Participate in program development and engage in educational initiatives for personal and professional advancement.
Assist with community outreach events as directed by the Clinic Director.
Comply with state practice regulations and adhere to the ethical standards set by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Possess a degree from an accredited institution and hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon.
