Key Responsibilities:
Support the Physical Therapist in executing patient care and the treatment plan.
Foster effective communication with patients, their families, and various departments.
Assist front office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Address patient inquiries and provide information to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Oversee the care and maintenance of therapy equipment while maintaining a safe and clean clinic environment.
Help with inventory management and stocking supplies.
Collaborate with the director on special projects.
Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Assist patients on the rehabilitation floor to facilitate their recovery.
Contribute to the seamless operation of clinic functions and daily workflow.
