Role Overview:
Each project consists of distinct tasks, and contributors may engage in:
- Creating challenging physics problems that mirror real-world applications;
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and constraints;
- Validating numerical solutions or simulations using Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy;
- Enhancing AI reasoning to meet industry-standard logical frameworks;
- Implementing structured scoring criteria for multi-step problems.
Candidate Profile:
This position is ideal for physicists who have expertise in Python and are open to part-time, non-permanent engagements. The preferred candidates will possess:
- A degree in Physics or related disciplines, such as Engineering Physics, Thermodynamics, Statistical Mechanics, or Optics and Acoustics;
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in physics;
- Proficiency in written English at a C1/C2 level;
- Strong skills in Python for numerical validation;
- A reliable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., CPhys, EurPhys, MInstP) and experience with international or applied projects are considered advantageous.

Project Time Commitment:
For this opportunity, tasks are anticipated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases, varying based on project demands. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload.
Compensation:
Contributors can earn up to $55 per hour, depending on their expertise and contribution pace. Compensation may differ across projects based on their scope, complexity, and required skills. Note that other projects on the platform may present different earning potentials based on specific requirements.
