Key Responsibilities:

- Adhere to safety and quality procedures for food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
- Assist with order bagging and tagging.
- Deliver food orders to customers' vehicles or delivery drivers.
- Greet customers in person or over the phone, taking their orders promptly and professionally.
- Provide outstanding customer service to foster repeat business, sharing information about menu items and specials.
- Utilize opportunities to suggest additional products to customers.
- Become proficient in operating the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing.
- Maintain clear and positive communication with team members and management.
- Process cash and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
- Build strong customer relationships through friendly interactions and appreciation.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
- Keep workstations and display cases clean, stocked, and organized.
- Transfer supplies and tools between storage and work areas as needed.
- Pack, weigh, and label products accurately.
- Notify supervisors of any food shortages.
- Comply with all quality standards, guidelines, and policies.
