ResponsibilitiesPrepare various types of pizzas as included in our menu and according to special orders.Properly manage ingredients and suggest improvements.Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed.Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with the Group’s safety and hygiene standards.Collaborate with the team and your immediate supervisor to ensure a smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues.Follow required ISO procedures and ensure proper application of hygiene and safety rules at your station.RequirementsCulinary DegreeAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a hotel environmentHands-on experience in preparing and baking pizza dough.Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and oven use.Knowledge of ingredient management and culinary trendsUnderstanding and adherence to all hygiene & safety regulationsSkillsProfessionalism, Reliability & ResponsibilityEmpathyAdaptabilityTeamwork & Collaboration
