Your Role
As a Design Leader, you will oversee the entire design process from the tender phase through to the technical design. You will assist the Tender Manager in crafting a winning proposal and collaborate with Project Management on procurement strategies, construction methodologies, timelines, and material usage. Continuously monitoring feasibility, quality, costs, planning, safety, and regulations will be key aspects of your role.
You will lead the design team, manage internal and external design disciplines, and regularly discuss plans with clients. Keeping a sharp eye on risks and making timely adjustments when necessary will ensure that the execution team receives a complete and feasible design ready for implementation.
In this position, you will be the vital link between the client, design disciplines, and project teams. With your experience, oversight, and decisiveness, you will integrate all technical and financial aspects into a sustainable design, directly contributing to the success of each project.
