Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a systematic planning process using checklists to assess tools and operational metrics within kitchen and production plating departments.
- Collaborate with department managers to address data entry discrepancies, performance deviations, and other anomalies within monitoring systems.
- Elevate urgent issues to operations leadership via established escalation protocols.
- Oversee the advancement and resolution of action items and escalations.
- Discuss potential areas for improvement with key stakeholders, focusing on communication breakdowns, dashboard updates, and recurring supply chain challenges.
- Lead or contribute to special projects as needed.

- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and a methodical work approach.
- Strong communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Able to adapt in fast-paced environments and work independently.
- Data-driven mindset capable of transforming unstructured data into actionable insights to enhance operational decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations, leadership, or monitoring/control programs required.
- Planning experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to execute repetitive tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite is required.
