We are seeking a dynamic Plant Human Resources Manager to spearhead HR leadership within our manufacturing facility. This hands-on role requires an individual who will champion the execution of HR processes and initiatives while cultivating a results-oriented culture driven by performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and implement talent management strategies, encompassing staffing, performance evaluations, employee training, and succession planning.
Provide strategic HR guidance to plant managers and regional leaders to align with corporate objectives.
Manage labor relations and employee engagement activities, including grievance handling, ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements and local laws.
Facilitate the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs along with various HR initiatives.
Work in partnership with the regional health and safety manager to enhance safety standards and minimize workers’ compensation expenses.
