Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in Industrial Refrigeration is highly preferred.Experience: A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in a mechanical or refrigeration-related field. A thorough understanding of ammonia refrigeration processes, equipment, and technologies is essential. Experience within the food processing and packaging industry is preferred, along with a working knowledge of utility systems such as Water, Steam, Pneumatics, Fire Protection, and HVAC.Computer Skills: Proficiency in CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to work independently and achieve results.
