Responsibilities:
As the Area Manager for Plastic Surgery, you will be accountable for achieving company goals within your designated territory and budget. Your role as a product specialist involves presenting, educating, and providing in-services on the effective use of our products to surgeons, OR staff, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering on-site technical support across a vast region during procedures to guarantee proper product utilization.
- Strategic planning in key accounts to foster business growth in new areas, while closely monitoring and reporting on incremental gains and ROI.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with surgeons to drive and sustain new business opportunities.
- Training plastic surgeons and hospital personnel on product usage, ensuring they have access to the latest product information.
- Facilitating effective product use by all trained surgeons within the territory.
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of the company’s products, distribution channels, and methods.
- Updating customers on new and existing products, order statuses, and pricing structures.
- Resolving customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
- Upholding commitments and demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Participating in customer meetings and industry events while providing detailed reports on attendance and outcomes.
