Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.3-5 years of experience in IT Change Management, IT Operations, Release Management, or related technical roles.Proven experience in supporting or facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.In-depth understanding of ITIL change management practices, including types of changes, risk assessments, and approval workflows.Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or a similar ITSM platform for managing and tracking change requests.Capacity to evaluate technical change documentation, which includes implementation plans, deployment processes, and rollback procedures.Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
