Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for application issues, ensuring that incidents within our platform or tools are resolved within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Manage and resolve multiple technical support requests efficiently.
Utilize problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address challenges.
Execute stored procedures and perform database queries using SQL.
Maintain the company’s ticketing system by addressing, troubleshooting, and resolving various technical issues related to The Trade Desk’s trading platform.
Initiate innovative and immediate solutions to fulfill client needs while advocating for long-term resolutions with our Engineering or Product Teams as necessary.
Enhance the company’s Knowledge Base by creating and managing new documentation and improving existing content.
Coordinate comprehensive training sessions on support-related tools and processes.
Provide one-on-one mentoring and assistance with technical case work to team members.
Ensure trackability on all case and project work to deliver data-driven insights to the business.
Provide light on-call or after-hours support as needed.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience.
3+ years of relevant experience as a technical support representative in a small or medium-sized business.
2+ years of experience in AdTech, with advanced knowledge of Real-Time Bidding (RTB), Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms.
Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong aptitude for cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proficient in SQL and HTML.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
