We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Pleno Administrative Analyst to oversee the onboarding of new employees, present internal processes, and conduct training sessions. This role is crucial in managing and tracking advances, reimbursements, and financial statements while ensuring the organization and verification of financial documents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and service agreements, as well as handling purchase requests, internal requisitions, and payment resources. You will also support the control of cost centers, allocations, and management reports.
In addition, you will provide administrative support to both CLT employees and contractors, monitor deadlines, track fiscal approvals, financial records, and maintain updated controls, spreadsheets, and operational indicators, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
