The PLT Process Engineering Technician IV is responsible for evaluating and reporting on improvement processes within the plant. This role focuses on scrap reduction and processing initiatives.
Develop and implement process stability initiatives.
Analyze the effectiveness and sustainability of corrective actions to minimize waste.
Conduct trials for process improvements and communicate the outcomes effectively.
Provide training to personnel on new process improvement methodologies.
Assess new process improvement techniques, analyze relevant data, and report findings concerning quality, ergonomics, and cost reduction to the PLT Process Engineering Manager.
Perform daily data acquisition for Process Safety Management (PSM) and Total Daily Production Management (TDPM).
Conduct daily checks on specific machinery processes.
Analyze scrap and production data.
Execute additional duties as assigned by the PLT Process Engineering Manager.
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) procedures, policies, and legal regulations.
