This position involves handling inquiries through various channels including online platforms, email, and phone with a commitment to quality and timely responses. A key aspect of your role will be to guide clients in utilizing our digital tools and recognizing upselling opportunities through collaboration with the Sales team. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring onsite attendance 2-3 times a week, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
