Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding tobacco products, services, and brand details through phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
- Deliver precise information on product specifications, pricing, and stock availability.
- Facilitate customers with order placements, account management, and effectively resolve complaints.
- Keep thorough records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accurately.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to synchronize product promotions and customer feedback.
