Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell our services.
- Establish, maintain, and regularly update a comprehensive customer database.
- Enhance and expand the customer base.
- Document the history of outbound calls and customer interactions in detail.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Analyze competitors’ offerings and devise effective sales strategies.
- Address customer needs and inquiries proficiently.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficient in Polish (C2 level) and possess a solid command of English (oral and written).
- Experience: At least 14 months of experience in sales and customer interaction, with the ability to learn swiftly and adapt to challenges.
- Self-sufficient in task execution with some oversight.
- CRM Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in CRM software for tracking customer engagements and supporting sales activities.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear messages, engaging in meaningful discussions, and collaborating effectively with team members.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business principles and the ability to contribute to operational enhancements.
