Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Client Portfolio Demand Management (Primary)
Collaborate with the Delivery Architect, the designated owner for demand management.
Serve as the primary client-facing lead for portfolio-level demand across cloud migration projects.
Oversee PxQ demand signals: VM counts, sizes, OS types, environments, and migration timing.
Facilitate structured demand governance meetings with client stakeholders on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Critically evaluate, normalize, and establish baseline client-provided forecasts.
Monitor and analyze forecast versus actual demand fluctuations over time.
Portfolio Data & Transition Alignment
Manage the master demand dataset that links:
Application portfolio
Associated VMs
Migration waves
Transition milestones
Collaborate with client Transition Managers to ensure:
Application inventories are up-to-date.
VM mappings are accurate.
Decommissioned or deferred scopes are accurately reflected.
Ensure that demand data is audit-ready and traceable.

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence at the client's locations in Princeton, New Jersey or Quincy, Massachusetts two days a week.
Role Overview:
The Portfolio Demand Manager will oversee portfolio-level demand for PxQ-based cloud migration initiatives, taking on responsibility for delivery, revenue, and capacity risk while clients manage their VM decisions. This role is essential in continuously governing, translating, and reconciling evolving demand signals (VM counts, sizing, timing) across client forecasts, transition data, solution architecture, sales forecasting, revenue recognition, and internal supply planning.
