Competitive Starting Rates:
Behavior Technician (BT): $24.50/hour
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $26/hour
Compensation will be adjusted based on experience, training, and educational qualifications.

Career Advancement Opportunities:
- Progress from RBT to Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, BCBA, and other clinic or corporate roles.
- Eligible for a full scholarship to pursue a Master’s in ABA at Temple University.
- Join our BCBA Apprentice Program after 90 days of full-time employment.
Your Role:
- Provide support to individuals with autism in their homes, communities, or at our centers.
- Teach essential daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
- Accurately collect, organize, and summarize data during sessions.
- Engage in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
- Implement training and therapy plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Communicate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members to meet client needs.
- Perform administrative tasks as required to support operations.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability for after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance for in-home client services.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
- For BT: Must complete a 40-hour RBT training course and be eligible to pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
- For RBT: Must attend the required training program.
