Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Safely manage the movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs, while meeting or surpassing production and quality objectives.Achieve or exceed inventory production targets daily, weekly, and monthly.Oversee daily operations of the assigned team; identify strengths and weaknesses, and determine areas of improvement and appropriate actions.Engage with the assigned team, providing necessary coaching, development, and performance management; deliver constructive feedback and demonstrate required skills.Create a positive work environment that fosters effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to Carvana’s values.Proactively share information with team members, ensuring clear understanding of expectations, performance metrics, and goals.Address and resolve conflicts among team members.Monitor compliance with systems, policies, procedures, and performance benchmarks.Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory.Lead the production team and collaborate with the Inspection Center General Manager to assess inventory for repair or rejection based on estimated repair costs and overall quality.

Position Overview:
The Post Production Line Lead role is a hands-on supervisory position, responsible for the direct management and development of a team of hourly associates within an Inspection Center, ensuring that production targets are consistently met or exceeded.
