Post-Sales at Brex
The Post-Sales team plays a crucial role in driving revenue retention and growth at Brex. Each team member acts as a champion for our customers, ensuring they maximize the value derived from the Brex platform while positively impacting our bottom line. Our focus is on creating upsell opportunities, reducing churn, and encouraging long-term usage. Position Overview
The Post Sales Enablement Manager enhances the effectiveness of the customer revenue team by designing and implementing strategic programs, training initiatives, and resource content. This role serves as a bridge between Post-Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to streamline the sales process and drive revenue growth.
Where You'll Work
This position will be located in our San Francisco office. We operate in a hybrid environment that combines the vibrant energy of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Starting February 2, 2026, we will require team members to be in the office three days a week - Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, we offer up to four weeks of fully remote work per year!
