Post-Sales Solutions Engineer
Role Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Solutions Engineer where your passion and proactive approach will help drive customer success on Hatch’s AI platform. You will spearhead technical discovery, design solutions, validate integrations, and build applications tailored for our clients.
Engage closely with high-value clients to convert complex requirements into clear product configurations and integration strategies, ensuring that our solutions effectively address real-world challenges.
Be an integral part of the customer journey by managing POCs and implementation plans while providing valuable insights back to our product roadmap.
This role demands high ownership and collaboration across various teams, ideal for someone who excels in ambiguous situations and has an entrepreneurial mindset to turn customer challenges into scalable solutions.
What You Will Do
Act as the technical and product authority during the implementation and post-launch phases in partnership with GTM teams.
Lead technical discovery initiatives to deeply understand customer workflows, data architectures, and goals, translating these insights into actionable solution designs on the Hatch platform.
Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams to define solution architectures and integrations that enhance platform adoption and scalability.
Utilize low-code tools to design and execute customer integrations.
Develop customized reports and dashboards (e.g., in Sheets, BI tools, or SQL) to highlight performance metrics, ROI, and areas for optimization.
Desired Qualifications
Approximately 5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Implementation Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
Demonstrated success in supporting enterprise implementations within a B2B SaaS environment.
Highly technical and data-driven; comfortable troubleshooting APIs, data flows, webhooks, and product configurations, leveraging performance data and customer metrics to guide recommendations.
Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, and low-code tools such as Zapier.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
