The Pre-Roll Implementation Specialist is a vital technical authority overseeing all aspects of pre-roll manufacturing, including processes, equipment, and best practices. This role is pivotal in driving process optimization, supporting development initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across our manufacturing locations through training, comprehensive documentation, and hands-on assistance. By collaborating closely with production teams, this specialist addresses technical challenges and enhances performance across our network.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Knowledge:
- Possess extensive knowledge of the pre-roll manufacturing process, including flower, infused, blunts, and coated pre-rolls, along with the corresponding equipment.
- Stay updated with advancements in pre-roll production technologies and best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on pre-roll processing methods, equipment, and techniques to enhance production efficiency.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, equipment failures, and unexpected challenges in the pre-roll production environment.
Process Optimization:
- Consistently evaluate and enhance processing methods to improve efficiency and productivity.
