Join our PreMaster Program, a two-phase qualification initiative designed for committed Bachelor graduates aiming to pursue a Master's degree. The first phase offers up to 12 months of hands-on experience following your Bachelor's degree, allowing you to understand the intricate interplay of professional and business contexts. The second phase involves independent Master's studies at a university of your choice, supplemented by various events and seminars, alongside personalized mentorship to guide you toward your degree completion. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute as a student employee during your studies.
As a participant in our PreMaster Program, you will be an integral part of our Program Planning and Assembly Control department.
- Engage in developing planning strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders while adhering to defined production models, demand quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Continuously enhance production planning based on capacity availability, setup sequences, and priorities.
- Create customer demand forecasts using historical planning cycles and AI-driven indicators, proactively initiating measures to ensure fulfillment during supply challenges.
- Take ownership of logistical responsibilities for designated value streams, leaving your mark by actively participating in improvement projects and strategic initiatives within the supply chain.
- Finally, you will also take on tasks related to digitalization and escalation management.
