Qualifications
What You’ll Do:Handle client requests through phone, chat, and tickets while educating clients about the platform.Build strong relationships with Premier Customers to understand their unique environments.Reproduce technical issues and explore the 600+ integrations supported by Datadog.Create comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles for various technologies.Lead product discussions based on insights gathered from client interactions.Engage in regular health check meetings with Premier Customers.Work from a Datadog office 3 to 5 days a week.Who You Are:5+ years in multi-channel technical support within a SaaS environment.A hands-on individual with basic programming skills and Linux knowledge.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to continue learning.A critical thinker who adopts a client-first approach.Capable of making decisions, with an understanding of when to escalate issues.Previous experience in a Premium/Enterprise technical support role.Familiarity with current infrastructure and monitoring technologies.Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
