Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement pricing strategies for AXS Premium tickets across diverse markets.Guide clients on best practices and optimal event setup using AXS premium services within the ticketing system.Serve as a dependable resource for client inquiries and ensure a seamless activation process for premium services.Collaborate with internal teams such as Client Services and Marketing to establish and promote premium services products across various venue box offices.Communicate product issues and future enhancements to the Ticketing Strategy team, ensuring timely updates for clients.Work alongside Client Services and Data & Analytics teams to gather sales reports on premium services product lines.Create performance reports for internal executives, offering insights and data-driven recommendations.Provide clients with sales and customer reports to assist in performance evaluations and fulfillment assessments for VIP Package ancillaries.Assist in developing training materials and participate in training sessions to educate clients about AXS Premium Services products.Collect client information for setting up user accounts for AXS tools, including AXS Yield Manager, AXS Mobile Reporting app, and Looker Reporting.
