As a Prep Cook at Eataly, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen by preparing a range of cold dishes and essential ingredients that will be used in our restaurants. Reporting directly to the Sous Chef Manager, you will ensure that all food preparations meet our high standards for quality and safety.
- Efficiently wash, peel, slice, and mix various ingredients, including vegetables, fruits, meats, and cheeses for salads, side dishes, appetizers, and garnishes.
- Adhere to recipes and maintain portion sizes while complying with quality standards and health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness by thoroughly cleaning all utensils, preparation equipment, and work surfaces used during food preparation.
- Be prepared to perform additional duties as required or assigned.
