About the job
As a key member of our pricing study team, you will engage in comprehensive cost analysis aligned with client requirements, quantifying essential components and estimating the costs associated with project delivery.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1) Consultation File Analysis
- Break down the project according to the CCTP, highlighting volumes and areas.
- Evaluate measurements and estimate costs.
- Identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Suggest technical alternatives that enhance profitability and sustainability.
2) Conducting Price Studies
- Consult with suppliers to gather reference pricing, in collaboration with the purchasing department.
- Calculate the costs of proposed alternatives while adhering to client specifications regarding costs, quality, and timelines, and prepare the quote using ONAYA.
- Compile the response documentation, validate with management, and develop the technical memorandum.
3) Price Study Monitoring
- Monitor the proposal and analyze client requests and needs.
- Provide additional information and corrections as requested by the client, after management approval, to finalize the proposal.
4) Commercial Transfer
- Participate in the commercial transfer meeting.
- Prepare the transfer documentation.
