ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
We have an exciting opportunity for you to grow, learn, and succeed! As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets by connecting with wedding professionals across various categories nationwide. Utilizing a consultative sales approach, you will establish rapport with business owners, guiding them on industry best practices and helping them stay ahead of technological advancements through our advertising platforms at The Knot and WeddingWire.
Our Account Executives are self-driven, highly motivated individuals who consistently meet their sales objectives. They excel at forging connections, understanding the goals and needs of business owners and decision-makers, and building lasting relationships. The New Business Sales team is dedicated to forming valuable partnerships with wedding professionals, ultimately driving success for their businesses.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $42,000 to $53,000. This salary is just one aspect of TKWW's comprehensive rewards package, which includes health insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid sick leave, personal time off, and parental leave. Additionally, this role is eligible for variable compensation and performance bonuses.
