What You'll Be Working On:Managing a diverse patient panel with various healthcare needs, including acute, chronic, and wellness visits.Providing care in-office and at testing centers, along with occasional telehealth consultations.Engaging in continuous education through weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities.Collaborating closely with colleagues through daily huddles and virtual clinical teams.Applying your clinical expertise to perform in-office procedures as required.Supervising and mentoring one or more Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA).Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states.Required Qualifications:Completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.At least 2 years of practice in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years.Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to achieve certification within 1 year of joining One Medical.Active medical license in Maryland, obtained prior to employment start date.
