ReGeneration Schools, established in 2016, is a highly regarded charter school network with nine locations in Illinois and Ohio. OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking passionate and dynamic Elementary and Middle School Principals for the 2026–27 academic year. These leaders will play a pivotal role as instructional, cultural, and people-oriented leaders, driving outstanding outcomes for both students and staff. Our Principals will foster vibrant, structured, and achievement-driven learning environments while championing efforts to close opportunity gaps.
The Principal will collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and will be responsible for ensuring instructional quality, teacher development, school culture, and the implementation of ReGeneration’s educational and character-building model. This role is ideal for reflective and coachable leaders who thrive in fast-paced, mission-focused settings and are energized by constructive feedback. We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in education and a proven track record of excellent classroom results and impactful leadership.
