Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic oversight and direction on cybersecurity consulting engagements, ensuring excellence in delivery, quality governance, and client satisfaction.Lead comprehensive security assessments across client IT and cloud environments, including infrastructure architecture, identity governance, data protection, resilience mechanisms, and integrated enterprise security controls.Evaluate and assess the maturity of client security architecture, governance frameworks, and control environments.Conduct structured gap assessments against relevant regulatory and international standards, aligning with national frameworks and industry best practices.Formulate risk-based remediation strategies and enterprise security enhancement roadmaps.Ensure robust engagement governance, including scope control, risk management, quality assurance, and timely execution across consulting projects.Review and approve key deliverables, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory defensibility, and clarity for executive stakeholders.Advise and influence client leadership on cybersecurity risk posture, regulatory compliance, and strategic control improvements.Mentor consulting teams across various security domains, enhancing technical rigor, regulatory understanding, and reporting standards.Establish assessment methodologies, governance frameworks, and reusable practice assets to improve consulting maturity.Support strategic pre-sales initiatives, solution positioning, and high-level engagements.Contribute to thought leadership and insights on regulatory developments, staying ahead of evolving cybersecurity standards and emerging risks.Requirements:15–20 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity consulting, enterprise security architecture, infrastructure security assessments, and regulatory compliance.
