Your Role
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, skilled, and proactive individuals who are committed to achieving tangible outcomes for clients while managing complex projects and programmes. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in Project Controls and Major Project and Programme Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of client environments to identify challenges, employing our structured approach to design and implement customized solutions that align with their desired outcomes.
- Drive the development, execution, and enhancement of PMO and controls & performance strategies.
- Oversee the analysis, definition, and documentation of findings and recommendations throughout various phases of client engagement.
- Facilitate workshops in both virtual and in-person settings with client representatives.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, representing Turner & Townsend at client locations and online.
- Utilize established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems while adapting them to meet specific client needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of our practices.
- Take on independent workstreams for projects to aid your professional development.
- Lead vital initiatives within the Programme Advisory team, including the internal development of transformation products and methodologies.
- Engage in business development activities such as bids and proposals in collaboration with senior management and the broader Turner & Townsend team.
- Participate in marketing and social media initiatives (employee advocacy) as appropriate.
- Contribute to people development by serving as a mentor or line manager.
