We are looking for a meticulous, proactive, and highly organized Principal, Health Plan Integration to facilitate the successful onboarding and integration of new clients and ecosystem partners, including health plans, third-party administrators (TPAs), and utilization management vendors.
This position is crucial for ensuring a seamless go-live experience for customers, navigating complex health plan relationships, managing data workflows, and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders. You will act as a subject matter expert on health plan requirements and integration best practices for the Implementation Manager and lead. The role reports directly to the SVP of Customer Success and Partner Operations.
