Your Role
As a Principal Infrastructure Engineer at Voxel51, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and strategic direction of our systems, catering to both individual researchers and large-scale enterprise deployments. You will spearhead the design of containerized systems, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment solutions across both cloud and on-premises environments, tackling the unique challenges of managing unstructured data (such as images and videos) at scale.
In this role, you will collaborate with enterprise clients, providing guidance and troubleshooting support for their production deployments. You will work closely with engineering teams to enhance developer productivity and mentor colleagues in establishing best practices for infrastructure. Your contributions will significantly influence the reliability, security, and scalability of Voxel51’s platform, propelling our mission to democratize data-centric machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and Evolve Infrastructure: Design and develop Voxel51’s infrastructure to support a wide range of deployments from individual researchers to Fortune 500 companies.
- Deployment System Design: Build and scale deployment systems across cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure) and on-premises environments, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and repeatable.
- Enterprise Collaboration: Engage with enterprise customers to optimize their production deployments.
