Role Overview
At SynMax, we are developing a robust global partner ecosystem to facilitate the rapid adoption of Theia within government and defense sectors across the globe. The role of Principal, International Partnerships is a pivotal individual contributor position that focuses on establishing and executing market access strategies through partnerships outside the United States, primarily targeting NATO and allied nations.
This position is driven by outcomes and requires a strong execution focus. You will be tasked with identifying, qualifying, and operationalizing partners who can effectively represent SynMax in their respective countries, assist in tenders and procurements, and convert partnership engagements into tangible pipeline and revenue streams. This role demands more than mere relationship management or alliance oversight.
Core Purpose
The purpose of this role includes:
- Driving partnership-oriented business development with prime contractors, system integrators, and trusted resellers in international markets.
- Establishing credible partner representation in key NATO and allied countries.
- Developing structured and repeatable partner engagement models that translate into measurable results.
- Expanding SynMax’s footprint in international markets through partner-led channels.
Key Responsibilities
International Partner Execution
- Lead partner-driven market entry and execution in designated international (primarily NATO/allied) markets.
- Identify, qualify, and onboard regional partners, including primes, system integrators, and resellers.
- Oversee partner-supported tenders, bids, and procurement processes from initial qualification to award.
Partner Engagement & Governance
- Build effective governance frameworks for partner engagement to ensure alignment and accountability.
