SOCOTEC is on the lookout for a dynamic mid-career professional to spearhead our US Nuclear Services Group, comprised of approximately 10 engineers, material scientists, and Quality Assurance experts. This role is pivotal, focusing on client relations and business development to enhance our presence in the nuclear sector. The ideal candidate will leverage our extensive service history to foster growth and innovation within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the US Nuclear Services Group, delivering technical expertise, mentorship, and performance oversight to engineers, material scientists, and QA personnel.
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring superior service delivery and cultivating robust client relationships.
- Drive growth initiatives within the nuclear sector, pinpointing new business opportunities to expand SOCOTEC’s market footprint.
- Assist clients in navigating design and plant operability challenges, including conducting failure analyses and root cause assessments.
- Supervise project execution, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization.
