What You’ll Do:Lead the launch of new Via services, assuming full accountability for timely and high-quality execution.Supervise junior team members who assist with launches, providing guidance and support.Engage in strategic decision-making, meticulous project planning, and entrepreneurial thinking to establish Via operations in new markets.Act as the primary liaison for partners, helping them to develop a fully operational on-demand transit system.Manage product expectations and development, ensuring that our engineering team receives the essential feedback to create superior products.Utilize Via’s extensive operational and marketing expertise to maximize the benefits of our technology for partners.Skillfully analyze large volumes of proprietary data to derive insights and formulate business recommendations that support our partner services.Leverage your launch experience to assist Via’s partnerships team in the sales process and expand our deal pipeline.

As the Principal of Expansion and Launch Operations, you will spearhead our deployment initiatives, ensuring that every launch project is executed with precision and meets our high-quality standards. This role requires collaboration with market partners across the US and Europe, as well as coordination with our technical and operational teams. Please note that this position may involve 2-3 weeks of travel each month.
